Recipe Ingredients for zzzz

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
650 g canned beans (two drained cans)

Recipe Directions for zzzz

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, sauté onions in olive oil until they are tender and translucent.

  2. Add garlic, herbs, and salt; lower heat slightly and sauté for 1 minute.

  3. Add lemon juice and beans; heat through.

  4. Serve warm or at room temp.
