A famous Italian soup... one of my favorites from Olive Garden.

Recipe Ingredients for Zuppa Tuscana

6 sausage links(Italian)
1 white onion
2 tsp. garlic
1 bacon
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
10 cups chicken bouillon
6 russet potatoes
250 ml whipping cream
4 cups kale

Recipe Directions for Zuppa Tuscana

  1. Take Skin off Italian sausage and fry in a pan until cooked throughout. While they are cooking, you want to separate the meat to make it look like grounded italian sausage.

  2. While your italian sausage is cooking, in a large pot, combine 2 tsp. garlic puree, 1 large white onion chopped, 2 tbsp. real bacon bits, and crushed red pepper. Cook until onions run clear. About 10 min.

  3. Once onions run clear add 10 cups of water with 5 cubes of chicken bouillon and bring to a boil.

  4. Add the 6 russet potatoes that you had previously sliced into slices.

  5. Once the potatoes are tender to your liking, add in the italian sausage meat and the whipping cream.

  6. Heat throughout then add the Kale.

  7. Cover, turn off burn and serve once the Kale is to your liking.
