Recipe Ingredients for Zuppa Tuscana low carb

1 lb italian sausage
1 1/2 oz real bacon bits
1 quart water
29 oz chicken broth
1 large onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
3 cups cauliflower
2 cups kale
1 cup heavy cream

Recipe Directions for Zuppa Tuscana low carb

chopped onion and saute until translucent, then add garlic and saute for about 1 min. Add water/chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add steamed cauliflower and mash with meat. Simmer 10-15 min. Add cream and kale and salt/pepper to taste. serve
