Recipe Ingredients for Zuppa Toscana

1 lb ground sausage
1 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
1 large diced white onion
8 oz bacon
1 tablespoon garlic
10 cups water
2 1/2 cubes of chicken bouillon
1 cup heavy cream
2 lb red potato
1 c kale

Recipe Directions for Zuppa Toscana

  1. cook sausage - drain

  2. cook bacon - drain

  3. crumble bacon mix with onion, red pepper and garlic - sautee

  4. cut potatoes

  5. mix meats, potatoes, water, chicken cubes together

  6. boil

  7. cook until potatoes are soft

  8. add cream and kale

  9. simmer 20 more mins
