Zuppa toscana just like from Olive garden

Recipe Ingredients for Zuppa Toscana - Homemade

16 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
24 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3 medium Russet Potatoes
12 oz All Natural Ground Sweet Italian Sausage
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
4 cup, chopped Kale
8 oz Whipped Cream

Recipe Directions for Zuppa Toscana - Homemade

  1. Brown sausage in soup pot

  2. Add water and broth on medium heat

  3. Cut potatoes in half and then into 1/4" slices

  4. add onion, garlic and potatoes

  5. cook on medium heat until potatoes are cooked through about 10 minutes

  6. add kale and cream

  7. heat through and serve
