Like Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana soup

Recipe Ingredients for Zuppa

8 oz heavy whipping cream
4 cups Water (cup+(8+fl+oz))
1 pound Pork Sausage, Fresh, Cooked
1 cup Onions
2 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
28 ounces Soup, Chicken Broth
2 Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
1 teaspoon Salt, Table
1 teaspoon Pepper, Black
2 cups Kale

Recipe Directions for Zuppa

Brown Sausage with table spoon of crushed red pepper, Slice Potatoes, chop onions and garlic. In a large pot add broth, quart of water, potatoes, onion, and garlic cook until onions are clear. add sausage, simmer for 5 minutes. add Kale and whipping cream. pepper, and salt to taste.
