This is a great summer recipe that goes great with any side protein. You can even add it to a creamy tomato soup for a bit of texture. It's one of my favorites.

Recipe Ingredients for Zuchini & Squash with Onions

1 medium Green Zucchini
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 onion Yellow Onion
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Zuchini & Squash with Onions

Simmer in a pan with salt and pepper for 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are soft to desired taste.
