Recipe Ingredients for zuchini with fresh herds

1/3 c scallions, minced
1/4 c chicken stock
3 cloves garlic
2 c diced tomatoes
2 c zuchini, sliced
1 t oregano
1 T basil
1 T parsley

Recipe Directions for zuchini with fresh herds

In 10" skillet, combine scallions, stock and garlic; cook and stir over med-hi heat for 3 min. Add tomatoes, zuchini, and oregano; cook and stir 3 min. Cover and cook 2 min more, til zucchini is tender. Take off heat and stir in basil and parsley.
