1 cup Soy Flour
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
16 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for zuchini bread

mix dry and zuchini. in seperate bowl mix wet. add wet to dry and stir until combined, but not over mixed. bake in cake pan or muffin tin 350 until set
