Recipe Ingredients for Zuchini and Bell Pepper Saute

2 small zuchini, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 large red bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. McCormick salt-free seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Zuchini and Bell Pepper Saute

  1. Cut zuchini, onion and pepper into strips

  2. Heat EVOO in a large skillet

  3. Add veggies and seasoning

  4. Saute until onions are translucent and zuchini and peppers are tender crisp.
