Recipe Ingredients for Zuccini with Mushroom from Olga's Healthy Choice

450 g Zuccini
250 g mushrooms
250 g rutabagas
170 g potatoes
230 g Apples
200 g onion
30 g garlic
20 g fresh chili pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch black pepper
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Zuccini with Mushroom from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Wash and slice vegetables.

  2. In a pan, pure olive oil, add onion, fresh chili peppers, garlic. Fry 5 minutes on medium heat. Add mushrooms, potatoes and rutabagas and lemon juice.Fry all together another 5 minutes. Then add zuccinis and apples and 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil, stir properly. Let it cook in low heat for about 25 minutes.

  3. Serve as you like.
