Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini wth parmesian

2 cups diced zucchini
1/4 small onion
1 cloves minced garlic
1 cup diced tomato
1/2 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
3 tbsp Parmesian cheese
1 tbsp soybean oil

Recipe Directions for Zucchini wth parmesian

Dice zucchini, slice onion thinly and add with minced garlic, salt and oil to frying pan and cook on medium heat stirring occasionally for 7-10 min or until zucchini and onion are slightly brown add tomato with juice and simmer for 3-4 min top with Parm cheese
