These vegetarian burgers go well with everything, even sour cream and yogurt. You can also eat them on a bun like a regular burger.

Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini vegetarian Burgers

3 tsp Sea Salt
2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
4 oz Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for Zucchini vegetarian Burgers

Shred zucchini on a medium grater. Add both eggs. Mix well. Add flour slowly, while mixing. Add salt and mix well. All mixing should be done by hand with a spoon or fork. Preheat the skillet add some oil to cover the bottom. make sure oil is heated. Take a table spoon of the mixture and place it on the skillet. Depending on the skillet size makes about 3 to 4 burgers at a time. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Enjoy!!
