Recipe Ingredients for zucchini-tomato

0.7 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
15 clove Garlic
2.5 cup(137 g) Tomatoes Diced
1 cup Onions
460 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for zucchini-tomato

saute onions and chopped garlic in olive oil over medium low heat. add sliced zucchini and spices and cover for about 15 minutes, stirring 2x. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer slowly for about 20 minutes, add a little water, salt and pepper, if necessary
