Recipe Ingredients for zucchini tomato quiche

1 cup flour
6 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp sugar
1 zucchini
3 eggs
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 tomato
1/2 onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup shredded 2% cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp basil

Recipe Directions for zucchini tomato quiche

  1. use first ingredients to make a pie crust

  2. slowly brown sliced onion in olive oil

  3. slice tomato, drain on paper towel

  4. slice zucchini

  5. mix egg and milk, add salt

  6. chop herbs and add to onion

  7. layer onion and herbs, tomato and zucchini

  8. cover with milk and egg mixture

  9. bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes
