Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini with Thyme

3 zucchini
4 tsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp ground thyme

Recipe Directions for Zucchini with Thyme

  1. Trim the Zucchini and cut into 1/3 inch thick slices; not too big, not too small.

  2. Boil the zucchini for about 5 minutes, until they are just slightly softened, but not falling apart.

  3. Heat a medium sauce pan over medium heat, and once hot toast the chopped garlic for about thirty seconds, then remove from heat.

  4. Drain the cooked zucchini and transfer to the saucepan.

  5. sprinkle the seasonings over the zucchini and toss to combine.
