246 g frozen corn, thawed
60 g diced green chiles
1 cumin to taste
1 garlic salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Tex-Mex

  1. Thinly coin-slice zucchini. Plae in skillet and heat slowly. Add corn, chiles and seasonings to taste.

  2. Continue to cook until zucchini is tender.
