1/4 cup Texmati Brown Rice
2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
2 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 pieces Garlic Cloves
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1/4 cup Texmati Brown Rice
10 oz Organic Tempeh - Soy
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil

  1. cook rice

  2. chop vegetables

  3. cut tempeh

  4. mix together

  5. oil dish

  6. cook at 350 for 20-30
