Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Stir-fry

1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
0.5 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 cup Spinach
1/2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.25 cup Asparagus

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Stir-fry

  1. Chop all ingredents first

  2. Heat oil, add mushrooms, garlic, basil, onions

  3. Then add asparagus and zucchini

  4. Once all items are soft, add tomatoes and spinach

  5. Saute for a few minutes for tomatoes to heat through

  6. Enjoy
