Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini and Srimp Diavolo

28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
3 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 clove Garlic
1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 cup Parsley
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 oz Oregano
16 large Shrimp, Mixed Species
0.28 oz Roasted Red Peppers, Jarred
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Zucchini and Srimp Diavolo

  1. Heat oil and cook onion until soft

  2. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, roasted pepper, and tomato paste and toast

  3. Add zucchini, crushed tomatoes, and herbs and simmer about 15 minutes

  4. Add raw shrimp, cover with sauce and simmer until shrimp are done, about 5 minutes
