1 large Squash, Zucchini, Baby
2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
0.33 medium raw Onion Red
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Three Bean Salad

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Squash with Three Beans Topping

  1. Saute the sliced onion in the extra virgin olive oil.

  2. Add sliced zucchini, squash squash and 2 tbs water.

  3. Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.

  4. Add thyme and salt to taste and simmer for another 2 - 5 minutes.
