Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini & Squash

4 medium yellow squash
5 medium zucchini
29 oz diced tomatoes
3 tbsp dried onion flakes
3 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Zucchini & Squash

  1. Slice zucchini and Squash

  2. Add to large pot with water, butter, onion flakes, parsley, garlic powder, salt and tomatoes

  3. Simmer until Zucchini and Squash reach desired tenderness
