Summer Squash, Veggie Medley Spaghetti Sauce over Penne pasta

Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini/Squash Pasta

1 tsp raw Garlic
2 medium Squash, Zucchini, Baby
2 medium Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
24 oz Spaghetti Sauce Garlic and Herb
13.25 oz Whole Grain Penne
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Zucchini/Squash Pasta

  1. To prepare Pasta: Boil water in large pan and add Pasta when water reaches a boil. Boil until pasta can cut easily with a fork.

  2. To prepare Sauce: Saute garlic oil and diced onion in olive oil until onions are transparent or browning. Add Spagetti Sauce, diced tomatoes, cubed zucchini, cubed summer squash to skillet. Cook on low heat.
