Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Spice Bread

220 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
6 serving Sugar
0.66 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 large Egg, Whole
6 serving Flour
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
1.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.75 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.25 tsp Ground Ginger
0.13 tsp Cloves, Ground
0.75 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Spice Bread

  1. heat oven to 350

  2. Coat loaf pan with cooking spray.

  3. Grat Zucchini on thr large holes of a box grater.

  4. In a large bowl whisk together, sugars, oil, vanilla and eggs.

  5. Into a small bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and salt.

  6. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and stir to combine well. Stir in Zucchini

  7. Pour batter in pan. Bake 45-55 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 mins and invert onto a wire rack then reinvert top side up.
