Zucchini Spaghetti with a 300gram Zucchini

Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Spaghetti big

1 large Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 clove Garlic
123 grams Pasta Sauce, Tomato Basil

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Spaghetti big

  1. Slice the Zucchini into strips(spaghetti strips) via a small knife ,grater or whatever tool you have handy.

  2. Saute the Zucchini in a nonsticking frying pan don't use oil(optional) after 1 min add the garlic.

  3. Cook untill they are nice and tender but still have a little bite to them(just like spaghetti)and pepper,salt(optional) put them in a plate and add 1/2 cup of the pasta sauce(tomato and Basil).

  4. Enjoy the healty meal.
