1 medium Green Zucchini
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 cups Baby Spinach
1 tsp Garlic
0.5 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
0.5 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic

Recipe Directions for Zucchini & Red Peppers

Saute peppers and chopped zucchini in oil. When starting to soften, add in spinach and garlic. When spinach is wilted, add in vinegar.
