Can also be made with 2 cups zucchini or 2 cups pumpkin.

Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Pumpkin Bread

3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves, ground
1 tsp allspice
1 cup zucchini
1 cup pumpkin

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Pumpkin Bread

  1. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT for the zucchini and pumpkin in a very larege bowl.

  2. Add zucchini and pumpkin last.

  3. Pour into 2 ungreased bread pans.

  4. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.

  5. 1 serving is 2 thin slices.
