Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Provencal

1 small(70 g) Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1.5 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 serving Garlic Cloves
4 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Provencal

  1. Sautee onion in oil

  2. Add other ingredients except cheese

  3. Sautee 8 - 10 mminutes

  4. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
