Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini and potato pancakes

17.7 oz Potato, Flesh And Skin
15 oz Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
3.3 oz Peppers, Sweet, Red
4 tbsp chopped Onions
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
4 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Zucchini and potato pancakes

  1. Peel potatoes and grate

  2. grate the zucchini

  3. dice the red prpper tiny

  4. beat the eggs and add to the potato and zucchini mix add the flour and spices

  5. bry in oil by the soup spoonful
