Made with Cabot's 75% light cheddar and garden fresh zucchini

Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Pizza

1 package dry yeast
1 serving agave nectar
1 3/4 cup whole wheat white flour
3 tbsp olive oil
6 tbsp parmesan, shredded
4 oz. cheddar, lowfat
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup zucchini, sliced
2/3 cup water, warm

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix yeast with 1 cup flour. Add water, agave nectar, and olive oil and mix for 1 minute. Gradually add 1/2 cup flour to form a dough ball. Knead the dough on a floured surface, adding more flour as needed to prevent sticking. Roll out to form a 12-inch circle and place on a greased pizza pan.

  2. Top with tomato sauce, cheeses, and zucchini.

  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
