Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini pie (by Eileen Black)

1 pillsbury roll
4 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
2 eggs
2 cup cheese, mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Zucchini pie (by Eileen Black)

  1. Cook & stir thru oregano for ten minutes

  2. combines eggs & cheese

  3. stir zucchini mixture into cheese mixture

  4. open roll package & separate- line 9" baking dish with rolls to form a crust

  5. brush crust with 2 tsp of mustard

  6. pour mixture into crust

  7. bake at 375 F for 20-25 minutes
