Recipe Ingredients for zucchini peppers and tomatoes

3 1/3 cup zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup red peppers
75 grams yellow peppers
1/2 cup green peppers
1 tbsp olive oil
14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup red pepper pasta sauce

Recipe Directions for zucchini peppers and tomatoes

  1. Sautee all ingredients until liquid is boiled away

  2. Add garlic, oregano, basil, and other spices to taste

  3. Serve on top of pasta, top with parmesan cheese
