Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Pasta

2 oz whole wheat pasta
1 c. sliced zucchini
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 oz mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Pasta

Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, slice zucchini an garlic. Saute garlic, zucchini, and basil over medium heat in oil, until brown. Add lemon juice when cooking is almost done. Drain pasta and toss in pan to coat. Serve topped with cheese.
