Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini pasta

4 pounds zucchini, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
6 ounces whole wheat pasta
1 cup onions

Recipe Directions for Zucchini pasta

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the zucchini and coat evenly until it starts to soften. Lower hit, and gently cook the zucchini for about 20 minutes. Add to hot pasta.
