Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Parmesan

28 g Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
2 tbs grated parmesan cheese
16 oz zucchini
1/2 cup Mushroom Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Parmesan

  1. Cut the zucchini into chip shaped pieces and layer it into a glass pan.

  2. Layer in between the zucchini bread crumbs, cheese and pasta sauce and bake at 350 until the zucchini is cooked all the way through ~20 min.
