1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1/4 c parmesean cheese
1 medium zucchini
4 oz goat cheese

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Parmesan Flax Meal Focaccia

  1. Mix dry ingredients (salt, meal, baking powder, parm cheese)

  2. Mix wet ingredients except goat cheese

  3. Combine well, let sit for 2 min.

  4. Form into an inch high rectangle or square on a well oiled pan.
