Recipe Ingredients for zucchini pappardelle with walnuts breadcrumbs

1/2 slice of bread
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 zucchini
1/2 ounce walnuts
0.33 ounces parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for zucchini pappardelle with walnuts breadcrumbs

With a vegetable peeler, slice zucchini discarding the skin slices. Meanwhile, toast 1/2 slice of bread (rendered to crumbs) with crushed walnuts until golden brown. Remove from pan. Mince garlic and add olive oil to pan. Add garlic. Saute until barely golden. Add zucchini and cook for one minute. Mix in breadcrumbs and parmesian cheese. Add generous amount of pepper and enjoy!
