Loved it with lots and lots of butter but now I love it with lots and lots of flavor! 2 small zucchini 4 small red onions 1 1/2 tsp margarine (= 1 tbsp of ICBINB) 1/2 cup chicken broth Put Margarine / ICBINB in the pan and let it melt. Put in the zucchini and let them cook a little and then put in the broth. Let them cook until they start to go opaque instead of white. Then put in the onions and turn the heat up a little bit until you hear it sizzle a little and cook it until the onions and zucchini is done. Enjoy!
