Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Oat-Flake Loaf

3 cups zucchini, grated
2 eggs
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 cups oatmeal

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Oat-Flake Loaf

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Press into a greased 8x11 pan.

  3. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
