Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini and Mushrooms alfredo

8 oz white mushrooms
2 medium zucchini
1 T butter
2 T heavy cream
1 T parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Zucchini and Mushrooms alfredo

  1. Slice the zucchini with a vegetable peeler. Throw away the very first strip, and then work your way around the vegetable leaving on just enough green for color.

  2. Cook the mushrooms down, and make sure all of the water is evaporated.

  3. Add the butter, cream, and parmesan.

  4. Simmer to thicken.

  5. Stir in the zucchini and heat through.
