2.5 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
5 large Egg, Whole
0.67 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Seasoned
0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

mix all ingredients, spoon into greased muffin tins, cook at 375 for 25 minutes
