Tasty muffins with a hint of spice

Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini muffins

1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup grated zucchini
1/2 cup 1% milk

Recipe Directions for Zucchini muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients together and make a well in center.

  2. Beat egg, mix in cooking oil, sugar, zucchini and milk. Stir into dry ingredients, only to moisten. Fill muffin cups and bake at 400 for 20-25 minues. Remove from pan. Serve warm. Makes 12 large muffins
