Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Muffins

2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
3 large Egg, Whole
2 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 cup(218 g) Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 4/5 grams Nutmeg
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
3 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 tsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Muffins

Mix eggs and sugar. Add oil and spices. Mix. Add zucchini, flour, salt and baking soda. Bake for 20 min at 350.
