Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Medley

1 medium zucchini
1 medium yellow squash
1 medium white onion
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Medley

Grate zucchini and squash and thinly slice the onion. Heat olive oil in skillet, then add the vegetables and saute until tender, about 7 minutes. Transfer to plate and serve.
