Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Meatloaf

1 pound sirloin, ground
2 egg whites
1 zucchini, shredded
1 stalk celery, shredded
1/4 small onion, minced
1/2 cup oats, quick cooking
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup tomatoe sauce, divided

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Meatloaf

  1. combine all ingredients, reserving 3/4 cup tomatoe sauce for top

  2. Bake 350 for one hour (topping w reserved tomatoe sauce in last 15 min.)
