Brown meat, onions & garlic. Add all other ingredients (except cheese). Simmer 30 minutes uncovered. Remove Bay Leaves. Slice zucchini thin and lengthwise. Layer in casserole: Zucchini, Meat, Mozarella - using 1/2 ingredients each time so there are 2 layers. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 25 minutes. 4 Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
