Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini lasagna

4.5 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
15 oz Tomato Sauce
15 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 medium Onions
2 cup pieces Mushrooms
15 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
16 oz Sausage, Italian, Pork, Cooked
15 oz Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
16 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 medium Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Zucchini lasagna

  1. Cook meat, onion, mushrooms, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes, add Italian seasoning.

  2. Slice zucchini thin, length wise, layer zucchini, ricotta/eggs, meat sauce and mozzarella. Bake at 375 for 45 mins.
