A chickpea free hummus that tastes great! I got this off of the goneraw.com website. You may also divide this recipe up and make different flavors--It makes a lot!

Recipe Ingredients for zucchini Hummus

24 ounce Zucchini, chopped
1 cup Tahini
1/3 cup Lime juice, Fresh
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cumin

Recipe Directions for zucchini Hummus

  1. Put all ingredients in a vitamix and blend until smooth.

  2. It would probably work in a regular blender because the consistency is thinner than regular hummus.

  3. You may also need to adjust with more oil or lime juice to taste
