Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Hazelnut Bread

1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup Splenda, baking blend
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1 tbsp canola oil
85 grams zucchini, grated
1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Hazelnut Bread

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. Add in all wet ingredients.

  3. Stir in nuts.

  4. Bake in loaf pan at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

  5. Cool, slice, and serve.
