Recipe Ingredients for zucchini and green chile casserole

1 serving Diced No Salt Added Tomatoes
371 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
135 grams Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
1 serving OlivExtra Canola Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
4 serving Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for zucchini and green chile casserole

saute garlic, onion, and red pepper flakes in olive oil for about 2 minutes. Add zucchini and tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes. Put into greased casserole dish and top with grated cheese. bake at 400 F utill cheees is melted. Top with parmesan cheese prior to serving
